S500-X Online Laser Marking Machine for PCB and FPC
Single side, flip both sides, or dual-head both sides. Boards run from 50 × 50 mm to 500 × 500 mm.
The S500-X can be configured as single side, flip both sides, or dual-head both sides. The working range is 50 × 50 mm to 500 × 500 mm, for PCB, resin, FPC, rigid-flex, thin multilayer, ceramic, glass, metal and IC packages. CO2, UV, green and fiber sources are configured to the material. Scan speed follows the head, up to 6000–12000 mm/s, with position accuracy of ±0.04 mm and repeatability of 0.02 mm.

Questions
Which laser source should I pick?
Use fiber on many metals, UV when heat would mark a polymer or glass, and CO2 on wood, acrylic, paper and leather. S500-X, S450-X and S-350 can be configured with the source the material needs.
Do I need two heads for two sides?
No. S350-X, S450-X and S500-X can each be configured as single side, flip both sides, or dual-head both sides. Board ranges go to 350, 450 and 500 mm.
