Inline Cleaning and Other Equipment
Precision Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
20–80 kHz cleaning for fine particles on electronics, instruments, fuel parts and mechanisms.

High-frequency sound replaces hand scrubbing on intricate surfaces. The cleaner targets loose dust, fibers and particles: dots from 0.1 to 1.5 mm and lines about 0.03–0.2 mm wide, with a stated removal above 98% for non-adhered debris. A fan and filter keep the workshop balanced. It is used for PCB flux, connectors, surgical tools, implants, injectors and watch mechanisms. Tank, temperature and time are set for the alloy and the soil.
What it does
- 20–80 kHz for intricate geometry
- Removal above 98% for loose debris
- Filtered extract, less manual wipe
- Adjustable temperature and time
Where it is used
- PCB flux and connectors
- Instruments, injectors, mechanisms
Questions
Plasma or ultrasonic?
