Precision Vacuum Defoaming System

Vacuum and heat pull bubbles from adhesives, coats and packages. Vacuum reaches −0.098 MPa.

Bubbles left in optical bond, potting or a medical package become visible defects and weak joints. The defoamer uses vacuum to −0.098 MPa and controlled heat to collapse them, with a cycle adjustable from about 3 to 15 minutes. It states removal of more than 99% of microbubbles versus long static waiting. Options include 350 °C heating, nitrogen fill and vision. SPC, remote assist and automatic program call support mixed boards. Epoxy, silicone and UV materials are in scope.

What it does

  • Vacuum to −0.098 MPa
  • Cycle about 3–15 minutes
  • More than 99% of microbubbles
  • Optional high heat, nitrogen, vision

Where it is used

  • Optical bonding and potting
  • Electronic and medical packages

Questions
