SC-500D Double-Side Coating AVI Inspection Machine
Double-head, double-side coating inspection for assembled boards, mixed panels and complex keep-out zones.
The SC-500D inspects both sides of coated assemblies without a second manual flip. It is aimed at PCBA, mixed panels, automotive boards and industrial controllers where front and back coats both matter. Vision flags missing coat, excess, overflow, bubbles, particles, edge deviation, uneven film and contamination. Conveyor transfer links upstream and downstream tools, and inspection data stays with the board for traceability.

Questions
Which coating inspector fits a single-side line?
SC-350 is the large-field coater inspector, boards to 350 × 350 mm. SC-500 is single side, boards to 500 × 500 mm. SC-500D is dual-head and double-side, boards to 500 × 500 mm.
When is 3D glue inspection worth it?
When the specification names bead height or width. A camera confirms the path. The 0.0025 mm line laser measures the profile.
